Got the wrong order, waited a bit for it too. It was still good so I'm conflicted. (No I didn't compliant, I paid for food in a... bag fast. I'll settle for whatever). Plus they were happy and smiled at me... I don't know, I didn't even get close to what Iordered but they seemed happy to help me. I might take service and a smile over the correct order everytime. I'll go back, andif they mess it up again... I'll go back and just pull up and say, "surprise me!" Who cares all the food is good! Read more
I came through the drive thru, was asked to please give them a minute and 14 minutes later a lady says sorry for your wait I... didn't know you were there. I placed my order for two drinks and pulled up and paid. Then I was asked to pull forward andsomeone would bring my drinks out an additional 15 minutes pass ,finally had my order and please keep in mind when I firstpulled up I was the only car in the drive thru 3 cars after got their orders while I was still waiting? Slowest Sonic in America! Got into drive thru lane at 8:40 P.M. sat for twenty minutes then no one would come on speaker then... when I get to cash window and ask for two coney dogs the female starts laughing and says they have no buns to make them. Disgusting Sonics. I went to the Dairy Queen down the road and recommend you do as well. Go where they appreciate customersand no playing games while they are being paid. Read more
