I really enjoy my visit at this facility. Very clean, neat and organized. It's definitely a place you come to when your day is... long or you just need a little self love. From the moment I walked in to check out it was absolutely welcoming. I think I spenta hole 5 hours there getting lost in me, the moment and mostly the environment. The reason for my 4stars instead of 5, was asfollows. I purchased the Royal massage where everything was included, the body scrub, full body massage, facial and a hairwash. I feel the message should have taken time and not felt like a rush job or you oiling up a animal. The massage should be a time to become super relaxed, in the moment and all stress released, this also goes for the hair washing..they soaped thehair but no scratches the scape, nothing. Just slap the soap on and rinse. Nothing was smoothing at all about that part. Forthe money you spend, I feel you should have an amazing experience. Great place to relax and unwind. $50 a person, but they offer coupons on their website for $35 /person. Hot tub, cold tub, steam... room. They have an exotic assortment of Sauna's . Just left after a great 24 hours. Only downside is the spa area is closed for cleaning from 1 to 7 and the kitchen doesn't open... until 10. (Waiting until 10 for coffee ???? This was my first time and I enjoyed my time here. I was able to get a discount on the entrance fee using Groupon. They give you... a watch that you scan for adding additional services/food. The place was very clean. There were different saunas/rooms withspecific functions to relax you. I really enjoyed the base room, wood cubes, and oxygen rooms. By the time I was done, I feltvery relaxed and rejuvenated. My sisters had massages and facials. One said it was good, but the others said it felt a bitrushed.
