Okay so I went in for an egg and cheese Sandwich, all went well I left. I took a bite and my eggs were cold. So I went back,... they took my old sandwich and unwrapped it, put it on the tray, took all the stuff off and put it back in the toaster. Now therewere a few things wrong to me, one is that after touching the sand which I had ate off of, the put their hands on produce.Without changing gloves, now mind you I?m a healthy person. BUT what if it was someone who wasn?t. Two because my bread wastoasted twice, it was hard. I thought you were always supposed to heat the eggs up first before assembling the sand which? Super rude , and horrible customer service. I order online the order didn't go through to the store yet my card was charged! I... called for help and was told by the woman that answered the phone , there was nothing she could do and no resolution wasoffered . She suggested calling my bank , Subway charged my card why would I call bank ! I haven't eaten in Subway in a verylong time and I will never again after this experience! Read more
