Really unimpressed with this location. I submitted a mobile order right before entering the store, for 2 coffees. 10 minutes... later my order still wasn't ready at the mobile order pickup area. I had to stand in the line and ask the cashier if they knewabout it. Turns out they had it ready, they were just storing it somewhere else and not at the mobile pickup. Such a waste oftime. The location wasn't even busy at the time, maybe only 2-3 customers in line at the time I entered the store. Read more
This Tim Hortons location in Nipigon, Ontario is the worst I have ever seen! When I was there today there was alot of flies on... the doughnuts , and I mean alot . This place is horrible for service , the bathroom is always dirty and never stocked withtoilet paper! ..and when you tell the staff about it they don't do anything! The waiting time is ridiculous! The staff is okaybut not very helpful! They pay more attention to the drive thru customers then the actual people inside ordering... I would notrecommend anyone go there! I only go there because they are the only coffee stop in that area! One good thing is the coffee isgood! Read more
