Great place. Like the layout has a warm homey feel. The food is very good for the price. I'll agree with another reviewer that... the short ribs and gnocci are excellent. Would happily dine there again. Update: Apparently Italian Gardens whom I reviewed wasreplaced by Crust Pizza. We noticed this our last visit to Grand View. We were looking forward to eating at IG again so we weredisappointed to see it no longer exists and was replaced by a pizza place... lots of pizza in the area, not a lot of Italian(non-pizza). Shame. In years past, we?ve celebrated our anniversary at Grand View?s Italian Gardens restaurant. This year, we discovered that... Crust Pizza has taken the place of Italian Gardens. Our waiter, Steve, was fantastic; attentive, funny, and personable despitebeing busy with more than just our table. We placed an order for the House Salad and Bruschetta Pizza as starters and both wereabsolutely delicious. For dinner, we chose to order the Crust Deluxe pizza and we weren?t let down. As part of the Lodge I guess it gives the guest an option not to go outside the community, but as a standalone restaurant it... doesn't offer alot of options on their menu. The few options the have though I would say they do a great job with, an theservice is very professional. Read more
