My girlfriend stopped and got 2 subs and a Flatbread and drinks. Very poor service our meat on the steak sandwich was cold.... When I called got told I need to understand the girl is new and... that she is being trained. The service was slow I mean took 40 min to make 6 sandwiches. We where the only ones there. Asked usrepeatedly what we wanted on our sandwiches. I ordered online and arrived at the store at my pickup time. I went inside and there was only 1 person working and a huge line.... They hadn't even started making my order, despite what the app said. I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes before gettingmy meal. I felt sorry for the person working there, but if you're over 30 mins behind on orders, don't tell me my order's ready. Read more
