Worst coffee shop experience so far. TLDR: went in for breakfast, not busy at all, waited 40 minutes for food, left without... food and a partial refund. After partial refund our coffee ended up costing $15 or about $7.5 per beverage. Went in Just Lovefor some coffee and breakfast on a Sunday around noon. Place was mostly empty, about 2-3 other parties there. We ordered twocoffees, a breakfast burrito and an avocado toast. We were told it would take about 10 minutes for food, no biggie. Cost was$37.00 after tax and tip which is crazy but hey, we paid it so we?re the dumb ones. Anyway we get our coffees and begin ourarduous wait. After ten minutes we begin wondering when the food would arrive but at this point we weren?t too worried about it.Another ten minutes goes by and we?re starting to be concerned, but mostly due to the fact that other parties began complainingabout their wait times, and had their food prepared incorrectly. Another ten minutes goes by (30 min now) and we startdiscussing an exit strategy. I?m typically patient and non-confrontational so I?ll endure a long wait if I have to. We decide togive it another 10 and then make a refund move. During this period another customer begins complaining about her breakfastburrito taking 45 minutes and this prompts us to give up and bounce. I request a refund for the food and the staff kindlyobliged. They were very nice but also didn?t try to solve the problem, instead they just complained about the kitchen staff. Wewere refunded but the original tip remained and did not get refunded. Annoying but whatever, we were only concerned with makingour exit. In the end, we spent 40 minutes sipping our $7.5 coffees waiting for nothing. Luckily, I had good company to make thewait a bit enjoyable! If you are the manager or owner reading this, perhaps working at the DMV would be more up your speed. Read more

Friendly staff, clean & quiet area. There wasn't a large crowd for a Sunday morning & that's what I like. I was able to take my... time to look over the menu & ask questions that I had about certain things. This place is very relaxing to be on your laptop, doa meet & greet with no more than 4 people or be with your significant other while you have a small bite to eat. My husband hadwaffles with fruit, hot syrup on the side & orange juice. I had a Veggie Womelete without meat which are eggs cooked on a waffleiron. It was good, hot & it came with a sauce & whip on the side. I also had a cinnamon doughnut & toffee nut hot latte madewith oatmilk. I was only able to eat half of my doughnut because I ate all of my egg waffle. I will be visiting again foranother small breakfast & coffee made with love! Read more
The coffee here is way over-priced and really bad. I get that the teenage baristas aren?t going to be properly trained to pull... a proper shot, but the coffee just tastes?bad. I couldn?t even put enough cream to make it palatable and my husband and Iended up just throwing them away. I also don?t know how we ended up paying over $9 for two Americanos.
