I went in personally for 1 arepa. Not only did they have no respect for people time but they had family come in after me and... started getting their food first. When I went to ask the cook he answered rudely there?s 3 orders before you? And I answered for1 arepa? The cashier then said soooo what you want your money back coldly. Ummm lady next time tell someone how long it?s goingto be have some common customers service skills. You wanted to over charge me also online it was $8.99 but you charge me $10 forshredded chicken? I drove almost an hour to get to this restaurant. The address that's shown on maps took me to another place. I called the number... provided and someone answered with a plain hello so I asked if this was the restaurant and the person hung up in my face andthen wouldn't answer again. I wanted 1 chicken and 1 pork patacone but they only had pork and it was $15 for one but it'shuge. Update: Google suggested chatting with the owner. I sent a chat saying that I was trying to find the location and someoneresponded almost immediately and said they are inside of the bp gas station. The people were nice. The pulled pork was kind ofhard and was dry but the flavor of everything else was good. I ended up making my own since it's been so hard finding arestaurant that makes good quality patacon.
