I arrived early in the morning and was served what was clearly yesterday?s donuts (and they were smushed) by someone who clearly... didn?t want me to be there. DD just keeps going down hill. Today was my last stop, I?m done. If you are lucky enough to get a doughnut you actually want ,... it is either cold or stale. Saw from the traffic light that there were no cars in line, so I went to drive thru. I waited in adrive thru with no cars in the the line or window, one at the menu board and me. Nothing but crickets. I was able to park and goin only to see the attitude of the person on the drive thru. I stood inside, was never addressed, finally left after waitingonly to see the same car still in the drive thru. Don?t waste your time. Dunkin is running itself straight out of business. Read more
The management here struggles to keep the right items in stock, manage the store, and keep the drive-thru running smoothly. I... was a barista for a while and I can tell you this place is not ran well. My order is wrong most of the time, store is not thecleanest, and food is burnt/not cooked correctly most of the time. When the drive-thru is slow you?ll be waiting a minimum of 7minutes just for a drink. My boyfriend and I had a pick up order last week, went inside, and had the managers stare at us for asolid 10 minutes before they asked us what we were waiting on. I understand being under-staffed during these times, butmanagement plays a huge roll in how these places run. They had some decent employees, like Andy, who I?m sure quit because themanagement here just cannot do their jobs right. I think new management would be helpful to the quality of service here. I used to frequent this dunkin regularly, but over the last two years it's steadily gone down hill. Especially since Andy left.... It seems like management doesn't know what they're doing or is very lazy, not sure which. Drinks are inconsistent, food istypically burned.
