Store 1100. This was the best atmosphere, attitude, service. And overall staff experience I have ever received at a Waffle... House. Everyone was pleasant and seemed to genuinely like their jobs. Workers did not great me or the next customer that came in 10mins later. The woman and young guy on duty seemed to not be... communicating with one another. Guy finally took my order, after, I asked him nicely to please change his gloves because peopletouch the menu's and he was touching it with his gloves on. Anyways while he was cooking the order, I asked him to please addcheese to my eggs. He didn't say a word, she didn't either. I asked again, spoke a little louder a 3rd and forth time....Nothing but crickets... She stood around looking dumbfounded, the customer waiting walked out with his little girl. The cookwalked off to the back office, I asked to add it, she walked off to the back w/o saying much so I left. These two must've beenNew because I've never seen them before. They have horrible communication skills and customer service skills are non existent.Management needs to give a demonstration on how to properly use gloves when handling money, food and cleaning equipment becausepeople are nasty and clueless on how to use these gloves. The location was at the corner of Parlane and Farrow Rd. I had to goon Two Notch where they've clearly been properly trained how to use gloves and have excellent customer service. Read more
Worked late and tried to eat at 4 different Waffle House?s in Newnan last night. They were open and ppl eating but told us they... were closed or we had to order to go! Can?t eat a waffle in my truck so ended up going home hungry. Never thought I?d see thisday! And the last location at Hwy 29 and 85 the cook with the tats and the mullet were extremely rude, took all I had to notsmack some manners into him. Don?t know if I?ll ever eat at Waffle House again and will tell friends, family and acquaintancesof my recent experience. You as a corporation should be ashamed! Read more
6137 US-278 I 20, Covington, GA 30014. ... hash browns wasn't fully cooked n they was dry topped with dry chilli I mean dry!n... on top of that the scramble eggs n put it ony hash brown seriously nasty the eggs I order on my grits are way over cooked nno yellow at all ..I love waffle house bit them n chickila ate starting to get like all the other restaurants . Normally Idon't write reviews but this waffle house can not do light or sunny side up eggs if there life depended on it n there food usetaste the se but now they change what they cook in ot grease or whatever now it's not same ugh prices going up while quality isgoing ways down ...make it make since.. shame my dad worked many many years for waffle house I believe even wasthere for thefirst one in Decatur ga .. I called the Waffle House corporate headquarters to request that they consider opening a Waffle House in Midland, TX. The... nearest one is over two hundred miles away. After moving from Houston me and the wife are homesick and are looking for a littlepiece of home. We both love this restaurant chain and hope one can be set up closer to us. The Front Desk kept transferring meto Guest services with an automated recording saying to go on their website. I called three times and the same person just kepttransferring me. I am sad to see this this behavior from a company who I grew up with and love. Many happy memories andunfortunately this is the first time I have experienced such treatment from them. Read more
