New server so kinda slow and messed up a few times, but she was learning so I can't complain, glad you can dine in.
Ordered for carry out. They were out of personal pans so they said they could do a small. Also ordered 2(two) family orders of... cheese sticks. Waited in the pick up like for 15 minutes to be handed two boxes. One pizza and one we thought cheese sticks. Sothey said they would make more breads sticks. Waited 20 more minutes to get a regular sized box of bread sticks open to seecheese bread. No bread sticks what so ever. When I called they said they would credit my account for free bread sticks the nextwe come. I said I wanted them to deliver them or refund me. She then said they were out of bread sticks. Why wasn?t this saidfrom the beginning? She then said she couldn?t give me a refund until she spoke with her manager who she thought would be in onTuesday.
