Had ordered a #2 with only cheese lettuce and ketchup at around 1600. Went back to base and went to my barracks and took a bite... out of my burger, only to find that they got my order wrong. Went back to see if I could get it redone but they closed down dueto the NEX closing at 1700. On top of that, it's Thanksgiving Eve and I hav Duty on Thanksgiving Day. I understand that therewas nothing they could do but they have gotten my order wrong too many times and this is the last straw. Never going again evenif it is Burger Day. Read more
Wayyyy too long of a wait. Didn?t even get to order
It?s 9:35am, three customers in line. The employee tells the first customer we are no longer serving breakfast. 2 customers... leave. I go up to the front and clarify they are no longer serving breakfast. Ok! I?ll have lunch! It?s not ready is herresponse. Then I asked if they are closed? She didn?t know! No signs are posted.
