We love Jikoni Cafe! They serve some amazing vegan food options. It's healthy, delicious, and soulful. I love their kush... pockets...the African bourbon sauce is my fave. We also love the rasta pocket. The serving of nachos is large and tasty. And theshakes are delicious. You can't go wrong with any item on their menu. After you order your food, you can play a game of chess orshop for items, books, or art work. Definitely check them out and support. Read more
I really wanted to love this food. Sinclair is SO delightful and engaging. It is phenomenal that they have created a safe space... for creativity, fellowship and intellectual stimulation. But unfortunately the food fell short of my expectations. Granted I'venever tried Jikoni Kush before, but [for me] it was undercooked. It had a very chewy/rough texture. My Beast Burrito was lackingin the veggies I requested and the Jabini sauce [it was SO DRY????] was nonexistent. What I mainly had was a Burrito full ofJikoni. I will admit it was a Beast... but just lacking in the other ingredients. Update: The owner offered a redo. So uponrecommendation I tried the Fully Loaded Jibini Pasta Bowl. It was definitely a more satisfying choice, largely due to THATSAUCE. That sauce is everything! I'm certain to venture trying another menu item. ???????? Read more
The burrito and nachos were outstanding. Service was awesome. The best vegan cheese sauce I?ve ever had. I bought two containers... of it to take home. This place is a gem for vegans or just anyone who wants to eat really good food. Will definitely be goingback. Read more

I have never tried vegan before so I asked the lady working to act as if she was trying to convert me to vegan give me the best... tasting dish that would do so. She decided on the Jikoni fully loaded (I believe that is the name) it was delicious, the littlehash brown on top really set it off!!! Not to mention that special alfredo sauce as well. I have to say as an avid meat eaterand lover, this place had me thinking. "If all vegan is this good, I'd have no problem converting" The atmosphere is warm andwelcoming, it has sort of like a coffee shop/poetry lounge feeling. While you wait for your food to be prepared (they cookfresh to order) you can browse through their library of books, painting, drawings, incents, and a wide variety of all naturalhealth products.
