Food here is typically always good, but I figure it would have to be in order to survive in Ghent.
So how ya'll going to take my money, not have the items I ordered, then not refund me? Ya were so quick to process my order over... the phone so why can't I get my money back on site? And it could've took all of 2 seconds to look over and see there wasn't anyof the items I was ordering. Like you're the one sitting in the building you should know what was available. But for the amountof money I paid it's messed up I have to wait however long to get a refund. This food at least better be good. Read more
The left the chicken off of both orders. I am done with this place. This is the second time this month that the forgot to put... the chicken in on my order. Oh yeah, I also didn't receive the potstickers I ordered. They won't get another dime out of me.They also didn't answer the phone after 9pm when they close at 10pm.
