Everything was great except I was missing an item from my order. The $3 fruit cup. Employees were absolutely stunning & worked... so well together even with a busy lunch rush. The gentleman running the rapid delivery area was quick on his toes and apologeticto the customers that had to wait longer then usual. Read more
Just door dashed Panera bread. Seemed like a good day for soup. The french onion tastes burnt, like it was cooked too high. The... turkey/bacon sandwich looked amazing but the weird sauce ruined the whole thing. Id try it again without the sauce but that donthelp today. Lemon drop cookie was amazing. French baguettes were just thrown in bag, not individually wrapped and the were coldas ice. Soup was still hot so that was apparently before it left the store... Read more
My daughter and I grabbed some soup and a flat bread. It took about 15-20 min to get my food. I got the French onion and... unfortunately it wasn't hot . When I get soup I like it hot hot. It was Luke warm . Maybe they just changed the water in thewater bath for their soups and that's why it wasn't hot. Either way , I wanted to tell someone but everyone seem to be too busyand kinda in their own world. Flatbread was okay . Wish that was hot too when I got it. Wasn't very clean or well stocked . Iusually always use a baby wipe to wipe off a table before I sit down to eat. And it was dirty. Like dirt, dirty. Not justcrumbs . Sometimes sani and a quick wipe doesn't do it justice. When i have time i like to dine in a oversee how a companyworks, how employees feel with how they talk and treat customers. Working at any restaurant is difficult and exhausting but alittle bit more help from management can change how employees feel and behave when they come to work. Good luck ! Read more
It was the first time my husband and I ate here. The place is very clean and the staff friendly. Ashley, the manager was... incredible! She was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.
