Where do I start? The restaurant was filthy. The carpet at the door looked like it hadn't been swept or vaccummed in months. The... counter was dirty with food. The staff had food all over there clothing like they had a food fight. I wanted a chickenQuesadilla and they said the presser was broke. They were going to put it in the oven and said it wouldn't taste the same. Duh.Just rude and bad service. Even have wood on some windows that should have glass. This location has went downhill. As others have said. This location is definitely one of the worse ones. I had ordered two food items and two smoothies for... myself and my daughter and while the smoothies were what I had ordered, the food was nowhere close to what I had ordered. When Itold the employee that my order was wrong, I was then gaslit and told "That is what you ordered". It wasn't until I unwrappedeverything and showed them it did not match what was on my receipt that they accepted fault and handed me what I was supposed toget. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
Literally out of all the other Tropical Smoothies located in VA this is one of the best ones i have been to. Food is always... fresh, they don?t act stingy with making anything, and the drinks are made well. Customer service is good also. Thank you. ???? Read more
