Wish I had looked at the reviews before popping into this location. It?s no big deal that they messed up the smoothie, (twice)... but the rudeness was unnecessary. Parking is too much of a pain to make this location worth it. Go a mile and a half to 21ststreet where you have no problem parking or getting friendly service. Read more

I was recently in a hurry to get my mother home from a doctor appointment. The doctor ordered her to bed. She wasn?t feeling... well but asked for a smoothie. I called ahead to Tropical Smoothie but got no answer. I called a second time. Nothing. I finallypulled up in front of the store, and decided to call right before I walked in.
