Cook/manager (I'm assuming) got mad at the register lady and the other girl that was there helping make food and cleaning, got... my order wrong. Asked for extra toppings and never got them. Got soggy fries and it won't even enough to be charged for $2.45,mcdonalds gives me more fries in the small portion. The cook/manager had an attitude the whole time arguing with the cashiergirl and other other girl helping make food, and still got my order wrong, steaks were still good, at least she seasoned themeat???????????. Got the 2 for Tues special ($14.99 was like 17 after tax) and scored two Grinders. I got mine with the hot peppers and thought... it was excellent with the sub being toasted and all. Called ahead for easy pick up. Not sure if the pinball machine works butI?ll check it next time! Read more
Yummy sub! I got the Ruben, it was tasty. Small, family run joint with fresh subs, pizza, wings and more. Only a few tables for... dine in options but they do have call in options for larger groups or catering. A local gem and a break from big box sub places. Downsides are small restaurant and no gluten free bread options. Read more
I went to this location today after having been treated rudely at the College Park store. The clerk who took my order doesn't... listen well. I ordered 2 subs. I spoke slowly and carefully describing exactly what the first one was. She started to writeit down and tore off the order ticket halfway through and threw it away then asked me one question at a time what it was. Itold her. And they still got it completely wrong. I've noticed at most fast-food places that the competence and manners ofworkers has been gradually going downhill. Managers are responsible to either hire competent and courteous people or teach themthese skills themselves. It's not being done at Zero's. I won't be visiting Zero's again for a long while.
