We ate here on college visit day . At 11 people were waiting outside to get in and we decided to come back and our wait time was... reasonable considering the high volume of people on site that day . Time to order and time to food on the table was also veryreasonable too . Sweet tea is good . If I could survive off their Mac and cheese I would. However that's financially (and health wise) a bad decision.
Hour long lines because you're horribly understaffed. Pro-tip: there isn't a "labor shortage;" there's a "paying-for-labor"... shortage and the horrible state of this establishment shows that McAlister's is a stingy company that refuses to pay what theirworkers deserve.
