Failure to fulfill orders every time we go (once every few months). They wouldn't replace a missing item in tonight's order.... Already sat 20+ minutes in the busy drive thru. (Waiting is nbd it if the order is completely right-but all that waiting and topay for this? Very frustrating) Called after checking order before leaving the parking lot and reported a missing item in hopesto have someone run it out or to be able to run in and grab, and was told by Kyle, "come back tomorrow for it, we close in 10minutes" all the while there's still a full line in the drive thru. Good fast option for lunch or dinner on the go. Everything was warm and tasted good. Plenty of parking and conveniently located... just off College Avenue and very close to Veterans Parkway. The inside was clean also, as vere the restrooms. Drive-thru movesalong pretty fast also. I like that they will make a chicken taco if requested. Read more
It was the best Taco Bell food I've had in quite a while. Food was great, hot, and exactly as I ordered it. The place was clean,... the service was great, and even know they were busy it didn't take long to get our food. Read more
