Fun place with good drinks. Positive vibe with personable staff. Decent menu but we didn't eat since we'd just had lunch.
Not as good as in the past but still good! These guys always create a welcoming atmosphere. Food can be inconsistent and service... is noticeably slow when they?re busier, which is the only reason I didn?t give 5 stars. The menu is extensive with a littlesomething for everybody. I wish I had taken a picture of our amazing sandwiches, but we scarfed them down before I had a chance. Terrific ambiance,... competent and friendly staff and a menu that makes choosing quite hard. First time here, looking at the menu and notice alfalfa sprouts on the majority of the sandwiches. Being SEVERELY allergic... (think full blown anaphylactic shock, throat closes very rapidly, get me to an ER STAT allergic) , I made a point to ask that myfood not be touched at all by the alfalfa to our kind server. When our food was brought out I made sure to confirm again, thatit didn?t touch & wasn?t made with it. The manager/owner took the extra time to go confirm with the kitchen staff, before Icould even touch the tray, that it was not contaminated at all. I?m really truly grateful the kitchen staff was honest with herand said they weren?t sure, so she had them remake it for me just to be safe. Basically, they had to take extra care for me. Ithad to be made away from anything the sprouts touched including: new clean gloves, the prep station went out the window insteada clean cutting board, and even went so far as to include not toasting it due to exposure of the grill. I am so grateful to beHEARD, with such a random allergy, that could kill me. And that the manager/owner listened when I asked. I made a point to thankher again when we left, because it?s so rare, and it shouldn?t be, to feel heard! She even comped my meal!! 10/10 wouldrecommend the club wrap with avocado! Read more
