Ordered 4 Famous Star burgers on Friday. The bread was soggy on both ends because the vegetables were not fresh. The lettuce was... like slime mixed in with the mayo and the tomatoes were leaking all over the place. I?ve never had a problem at this locationbut this was by far the worst visit.I called the restaurant and asked what was going on. Were they low on ingredients???? Herreply was that they can remake them. Look if you can?t do it right the first time then forget it. I said I would come backtomorrow and have your manager make it right for me. Great customer service. I called after a bad experience with McDonald's and asked what time their breakfast ended. It was 10:28... am. Blake advised their breakfast ended at 10:30, but immediately asked if I knew what I wanted and if so, he'd "hold it forme". I had never had Carl's Jr's breakfast before and asked if I could have a few mins to review the menu, as I'd be orderingfor my husband, son and myself. He said that'd be fine as long I got back to him within 10 minutes which I did! Blake went aboveand beyond in allowing us to order our breakfast ahead and having it prepared and ready to go when we arrived, despite it being2 minutes until breakfast was over...JOB WELL DONE!! I had the Double Angus Burger...it was really good! It had a little too much Mayo on it..(along with having ketchup & mustard,... as well)..for me. Otherwise, the Angus Burger had really great flavor & was delish! Read more
