Had a very bad experience with this order. The food was very good but the delivery driver was super rude. When she delivered my... order I asked her if I needed to sign anything and she looked me straight in the face and said no everything was taken care ofon line "except for the tip". Like is it a mandatory law you have to tip someone? Me personally I don't tip no one until I knowI'm satisfied with my order. Don't demand something from me lady. Terrible customer service. Got my order wrong. Chips were stale and the guy who took my order was rude. I continued to be... nice and calm even though he was rude and unprofessional. I wasnt feeling well and was just so exhausted from work and notsleeping good to stress and thyroid issues. So I just was done for the night. I call back the next day and speak to themanager. He says he cant give a refund the next day. I still have my receipt. I know that he can give a refund because Iwork at Braums and they have given refunds the next day. We like to eat here often, tonight my delivery driver brought the wrong order (no problem, we can wait for a new order) I called... the store and had to speak to the manager to fix the issue.
