I went to order a burger and was met with the rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I asked for a burger... combo and was insulted twice while trying to think of what I wanted with my order as she begged from me in a sassy tone,? youwant me to read your mind?? When I told her she was being sassy she insulted me again by deflecting and calling me sassy.Needless to say, I drove out without my order and will not be returning because I did not trust any food that they would make.If you lack respect for a customer, I highly doubt you have any respect for the food you serve; I believe her name was Trish.AVOID THIS SONIC! ! ! There is a rude guy who works here. He is prissy and looks around your car in disgust and charges full drink prices for a cup of... ice. The other employees are nice but you can't use the app here. Also, today, 2 male employees were smoking right next to thedrive-thru window. You couldn't escape the smell getting into your car. Read more
