I am so sorry to say this, because i know her personally, but if the owner of this establishment wants to make money, you should... fire Mary. she used to work at the robinson location and she put a knife in someone's sandwich and refused to take it out. irefuse to have her make our food because there were so many other instances like this. Just placed a $60 order and gave them 20minutes to have it made. (i worked at a build your own fast food place, i know that it should take less than 20 minutes to make5 sandwiches.) Rubs her nose with her glove as my fiancé asked for a refund. Also, could clearly tell the employee that came infor food while he was there, was annoyed with us for making this location an extra $60 tonight. i went 2 other times and got agirl with half and half white and black hair, and she was AMAZING! that's why i started going to this one instead of main st.anyway, the robinson location no doubt closed down because they lost so many customer due to Mary. 36th street will follow ify'all don't get a handle on it. i honestly don't mean to be ugly because as i said, i've worked at multiple BYO fast foodrestaurants and i understand the struggle. however, i am incredibly disappointed and upset with the choices of thisestablishment and I wish y'all would get it cleaned up because i LOVE subway but can rarely eat it anymore! also, if you havethe time, the location off 119th and western is the only good subway left. the female manager that worked there at least upuntil 8 months ago (last time i went,) is awesome. Yikes!! My mom and I went in about an hour before close (about 9:10 and they closed at 10). We went to this one bc they have a... drive through but unfortunately it?s almost always closed. The ?open? sign wasn?t lit up but the paper sign next to it said opentil 10 as well as Google. So I walked up and inside. The one employee was sitting obscured from sight in a corner and I saidhello as I approached. He never answered. The entire time he helped me he refused to look up at me and barely spoke enough tofigure out what I wanted on my sandwich. I said thank you after paying and he said nothing. I got to my car after leaving and mymom asked what he said to me as I left? I said nothing. She said, oh, well he flipped you off as you walked out. Didn?t surpriseme after how he had acted. This was the most horrid experience at a subway. The lady spit in the ham when talking to me and took her maybe 20 minutes to... make a ham and bacon toasted sandwich. The sand which was cold by the time it got to the cashier?. The lady could not even reachthe toppings and had to get the younger co worker to help her. None of them had a hairnet on and the lady?s hair was down andfrizzy. Not only that but everytime the lady moved my sandwhich she rubbed it against her shirt since she could barley even moveher arms. Super disgusted with the way my sandwhich was made. I don?t even want to take a bite of it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORMONEY AT THIS LOCATION. And the cashier rang up wrong order. Read more

I went in to this subway location at 8:40 pm. Not sure if they really close at 8 or 10, but I was disappointed. I walk in and... the lady in the front did this big sigh. A lady before me had just walked out. Mind you I?m African American, do I hope she keptthat same energy towards the white woman that walked out before me. Anyway, I was going to order, and she sighed heavily. Iasked her what was wrong? And she had an attitude. I?m not sure if she was by herself or not so I understand customer servicebecause I work in customer service. Whether or not she was closing by herself or not, you never know what you?re walking into. Iusually order subway almost everyday and leave a big tip. I tried this location because it?s new. She said that they weregetting ready to close, but they close at 10. I understand you?re early closing, but I just decided to take my money elsewhere.I kindly said I?ll go somewhere else. This location will never know me, because I go to a lot of subways and leave big tips. Ihave money to spare, but I?m not going to spare it at this location with that kind of attitude!
