My first time in the Chicago area, and I stumbled upon Al?s just after I landed. I ordered a thin crust pizza with sausage and... mushrooms. The sausage was so good, mushrooms were fresh, perfect amount of cheese, the sauce was incredibly flavorful, and thecrust stood up to the generous toppings. I?ve yet to find a great pizza place back home in LA. We need an Al?s! Read more

Best thin crust pizza in town! Great Margherita pizza hands down. Fresh cheese!
Went on friday two weeks ago, pizza undercooked, sauce was blah, crust chewy. Workers smoking up or goofing off. Been going here... almost 30 years. 19.00 for med sausage and dumpstered it after two slices. Very disappointed. Read more
