I ordered to go food, my chicken was uncooked/pink, I called the restaurant to let them know, they said and I quote ?if I didn?t... want it pink, I should?ve asked for it to be more cooked? what does that even mean??? I had to go in person to bring the foodback they didn?t even offer over the phone to have it recooked/ or a refund. It was supposedly my fault, anyways. The way thiswas handled unprofessional, no apology or anything as well (I was not rude at all) honestly understanding because I have workedin food industry before but this is another level wow.
