I have been coming to the Chick Fil A in North Augusta for a very very long time until recently my experiences were great .... However my last four visits were horrible on two occasions they forgot my ice cream cone, on one occasion I had to wait 15-20minutes for a milkshake, and finally on today I waited 30 minutes for a large cup of soup. I went in to check the status of mymobile order and kept being told that they didn?t see a mobile order. I had to show the cashier on my phone that the money wasdebited from my checking account. They gave me the soap only to realize the lid wasn?t on the bowl and some of the soap spilledin the bag. I HAVE HAD IT WITH THIS CHICK FIL A IN NORTH AUGUSTA. Read more
10-24-22 9:10pm. Had ordered threw the app. Sat at table 80 waiting on our a guy comes to the table and states the dining room... was closed. I replied the website says you close at.10pm. He replies no ma'am we close at 9pm there's a sign on the doorstating that you close at 9pm. It stats 10pm You see by the picture there is no sign on the door. We asked how to get ourfood since we order from the app and he then prepared our food. Then we had to eat cold food at home because we live out inEdgefiled Co. I have been coming to this location for the last four plus years. My son has autism and he has a very limited diet due to his... sensory issues. He will only eat the chicken nugget kids meal with lemonade. I come to this location almost everyday minusSunday. My order has always been fresh and my son has never turned it away. What an awesome experience! I used to think that chick-fil-a was too expensive for a family of 5 but really it's only a few more... bucks than our McDonald's order used to be. They were speedy and very respectful. Everything was perfect on our order and madeto look like it was going to star on a commercial. Great place to eat! I keep coming here simply for my wife who likes to eat at Chick-fil-A. She loves her chicken without breading and the milkshakes... are pretty good but the service in my opinion the quality is not the greatest and some of the employees can be downright rudeand disrespectful. I had to run in one of the servers and was told that management was going to get right on it and managementnever called me never engaged with me never did a dang thing about it.
