I really do not like going to this little Caesar?s. I hate getting people in trouble but since Covid got a little less rampant,... it?s been awful. They don?t allow you to go inside and order, it?s drive thru only. I usually have to go to this locationbecause it?s the closest and cheapest option to my house, and no one delivers to us. We live in the middle of nowhere so this isthe most convenient. Last night, my boyfriend and I ordered online and we went inside to pick it up because the line for thedrive thru was 5 cars long, and the manager had people parking in the fire lane (which is a safety hazard in itself). The doorwas unlocked, the open sign was on, so we went in to pick up our pizza from the kiosk. When we went in, and we?re immediatelytold that the restaurant was drive thru only, but I said I had gotten a notification that our pizzas were ready. They said thatit wasn?t ready yet, and we had to wait another 15 minutes. My boyfriend has 4 sisters and his parents were all hungry. While wewere waiting, they locked the door so no more people could come in. Please note the restaurant closes at 10 pm, it was 7:30 pm.Also, the lady who I assume was the manager started yelling for someone to turn off the open sign, that she wasn?t lettinganyone else in and that she was going home at 8:30. She even got a call of someone trying to order something, and the managersaid, ?Ma?am I?m closing the store at 8:30.? and hung up. It?s just all around awful. It?s always closed when it?s supposed tobe open and the staff are almost alway rude, and if it?s not the cashiers it?s just the managers. I won?t be going here again. Read more
It?s hit or miss with this location, sometimes is good, other times it?s garbage. Staff in general is pretty friendly. Biggest... pet peeve with this location is when they close walk-in service and make everyone go through the drive through, they don?t usethe pizza portal so you can?t just walk in and grab your food and go? I have been debating on writing this review. Mainly because I don't enjoy people getting in trouble. But after thinking about... it,it needs to be told. On Friday August 19 2022,me and some of my co-workers went in together to get lunch. We got 2 deep dishpepperoni pizz's and I had originally ordered the Parmesan wings but we're told they were out of those once I got there. Thecashier told me that I could cancel the wings or choose another flavor. I chose the barbeque which were already sitting in awarmer. I went back to work and we all ate our lunch. The wings were not on the tasty side to say the least but we ate themanyway because I didn't have time to go elsewhere for anything. The wings were split between 2 of us. By Friday afternoon,Ididn't feel well at all. Went to bed that night without eating dinner thinking I'd feel better in the morning...wrong. I woke upat 1:30 in the morning throwing up like never before and other symptoms I will spare you from. It continued through the nightcausing me to call into my job for my Saturday shift. Upon calling in,I found out the same co-worker who I had split the wingswith was also sick and throwing up. I called the doctor and told him what was going and discovered it was in fact food poisoningand I know it was from those wings. The employees that work here are very nice and upbeat but I believe food is being left inthose warmers far to long. I am just trying to bring some kind of awareness to the situation because I don't want this happeningto anyone else. Please make sure that proper food handling procedures are being taught to your employees. Customers shouldn't beafraid of getting sick from eating out or missing out on a days pay because of neglectful handling of food. I will always fromhere on out demand fresh cooked food. Read more
Ordered a stuff crust pepperoni and regular pepperoni and it was not cooked. Dough was completely raw. Tried to call store and... no one will answer the phone. This is after waiting 30 minutes longer then it said for placing on line order. Read more
