Dirty floors, overpriced, and bad service. I kept trying to have patience and be understanding each time something happened but... overall, it was a bad experience and we won't return. It started with walking across dirty and sticky tile floors. Sticky in theway that your shoes make cracking sounds as they peel away with each step. It was that way from the entrance to our table. Weordered two appetizers, some bone-in wings and an order of coconut shrimp that comes with sweet dipping sauce. As you can seefrom the picture, the wings were between size of my thumb size to half my index finger! They were tiny and they charged $2 each!The coconut shrimp was served with cocktail sauce instead of the sweet Tai sauce as advertised. When I asked the waitress aboutit she said, that's all that they had. I told her it didn't taste good together and she seemed to get upset about it. She askedme if I didn't want it then to which I said no thank you. She then told me to wait a second. She went into the back and returnedwith the sweet Tai sauce. We eventually ordered two desserts that arrived with the ice cream on top almost completely melted andconsistency of uncooked batter. Read more
We had a great experience from the time we walked in. The hostess sat us in the bar area, where we were immediately greeted by... the bartender. We had the ribeye and the hickory bourbon chicken. I came by on a Tuesday afternoon with my friend. We didn?t realize it was tequila Tuesday and they offer $6 hornitas margaritas.... So we ordered several! They were really good, they offer several flavors. I had peach and ?traditional? and my friend had wildberry and strawberry. Needless to say, we both felt really good leaving the restaurant! I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, itwas dipped in a sweet and spicy glaze and topped with cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. My ONLY complaint with my food was thebun was rather soft, so when I went to pick up my sandwich, it fell apart.. good food is usually messy though lol. My friendordered the Philly cheesesteak and said it was good but same complaint with the bread. It wasn?t sturdy enough to hold suchdense meat. Our service was good and quick. Not very many people there the time we went so it was nice and quiet. I woulddefinitely come back, esp just for their Tuesday special (they also offer a burger and fries for $5.99 on Tuesdays). Our server did her best & I feel bad for her buh this was a horrible experience. We had to send our drinks back atleast 2-3 time... should?ve known to leave! There was a gnat in my uncles drink! Gnats on the ranch at the salad bar! Burnt bun & the spinach dipwas over cooked! The broccoli was under cook. They gave us a discount but that doesn?t matter still unacceptable.
