At the drive thru intercom, the worker lacked kindness & good customer service. At the pay window, I was shortened on the change... I was supposed to receive. I didn?t notice this until I got to the window to pick up my food. The worker at this window was veryrude!!! As she was giving me my food, I mentioned to her about not getting the right amount of change back, but she didn?tacknowledge it. She was about to close the window, but I was still sitting there so she was looking at me. She still had notsaid a word to me. I mentioned to her again about receiving the incorrect amount and asked for the receipt (just to double checkmyself). She gave me the receipt, but still was just looking at me as she was about to close the window. AGAIN, I told her I gotthe incorrect amount. She puts her hand out for the receipt and money I was given, I gave it to her, then she slams the window.She comes back with the correct amount, gives it to me and still hasn?t said a word to me and slams the window again. Noapology, thank you, NOTHING. I drove off very taken back by her attitude and wish I had gotten her name. I wasn?t even mad aboutthe incorrect change being given because mistakes happen. I appreciate it being made right by getting the correct amount in theend, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars, but the attitude(customer service) of the girl that handled it was RIDICULOUS anduncalled for. To top it all off, when I got home, the salad I ordered looked like half of what I usually get at the otherWendy?s I go to. Very unsatisfied with this visit. Read more
Okay, first things first, the employees do a fantastic job here but I noticed that that heavy set dude is being unfair to these... employees. You wanna keep employees, fire that dirt bag. I should've called corporate but I believe managers can do a betterjob with young people. Its appalling as a veteran to watch the young generation getting berated by a manager that prides himselfin being a Wendy's supervisor. Food was good but i give it 2 star cause the manager was insanely loud and rude to the staff. He needs manager training or to be... fired cause in order for them kids to want to keep there jobs they gotta be treated as adults and not yelled at. I really feelsorry for kids at this establishment. Read more

Wendy's is normally a good place to eat, but when you have managers on power trips, it takes away from the store's integrity!... Johnathan needs to get it together, or there will be a meeting of minds with CORPORATE! I've worked in fast foods/customerservice for half of my life, so I know how things go!
