This is not the first time I had a problem with this location. First time i went there for breakfast I ordered a sausage egg and... cheese and got a chicken maple sandwich. When I went there this morning I ordered a chocolate frostichino and received a spoiledice coffee with bad milk. I didn't even bother going back. But I will not be returning to this location again. So normally, I would review if I am the one getting food but this time I must review this store because of the amount of wasted... time accrued while doing a delivery for Uber Eats. I had 2 orders to pick up, one of which only consisted of 3 Frostys. VerySimple. Not only did they say I had to wait in line behind 8 drivers to begin my delivery but THEN once I got to the window, thestaff says ? we don?t have the order ? saying she doesn?t have a specific name on the screen. I then call customer service andthey ask them to fulfill the order even if they do not have it on screen. The girl says okay. I then show her the order and shesays ? we don?t have any frosties ? and tries to act as if that?s what she said the whole time. Wendy?s should hire people withmore social etiquette and knowledge. This used to be a good spot to order from. The past few times the staff treated the customers poorly, tonight there were 2... different door dash guys waiting for 20 minutes. A women with her 3 kids ordered small frostys only for them to be served to her10 minutes later after she reminded the staff and when the female staff member returned she made it a point to slide the drinkson the counter with a poor attitude. To make matters worse the staff spoke poorly to her when she wanted to speak with amanager. This all happened around 7:30 pm so it wasn't a heavy rush incase you thought that might be the reason.
