I ordered 2 XL pizzas and both were soggy and wet. The dough was very undercooked. The bacon was fatty and raw in some pieces.... It was very unappetizing to say the least.What a waste of money. Unfortunately this restaurant seems not to put customers firstand will not offer to replace substandard food. Very disappointing when not even a simple apology is offered. I placed an order yesterday, and the delivery time was 2 hours! I thought it wasn't accurate and that I was going to receive my... order before the 2 hours. It wasn't busy at all and I live 5 mins away... After calling several times with no response, and nopizza after 2 hours, I was totally mad and disappointed, I decided to read the comments and realized that they have receivedmany complaints about the same issue and one lady mentioned that they left her pizza outside her door with no notification, andshe found out after one hour. I decided to come downstairs at 3:10 am... And oh, my order was there, hiden behind thereception's door (I checked several times before and couldn't see it) it was cold and it seems they delivered but did notnotified me, and I live in a building... my son is autistic and will only pizza handful of other things. And will only eat from two for one I've even gone to the point... where I've gotten pizza from the company and put it in a 241 box to try to see if you need it not a chance he knows thedifference and so do I. Their pizza is top notch always fresh always hot and most importantly always on time from confirmationof order sent to my email to pizza at my door 29 minutes now I don't live anywhere near there I live near Premier road so that'ssaying something. And not only that their staff do try to get to know their customers a few times I accidentally added extrasauce on the pizza and when my order came up, they recognized the address and change it for me.
