So here?s the thing. All the previous reviews are correct. The food has been terrible, however, that?s because it?s all done... by staff that are clearly new to the industry. After being open a month now, they finally seem to have all their ducks in arow. The burger I had yesterday was possibly the best burger I?ve had from Burger King and my service from Lady was fantastic. I?m not big into sides so I didn?t order sides. From what I read though that?s where you guys are really struggling. Improveyour sides(the freshness) and positive reviews will follow. Also the way the drive through was constructed was not great. Which had nothing to do with the service and everything to do with the construction of the building. Read more

I waited for coupons before trying this place, because I wasn't going to pay full price only to be disappointed. And lo and... behold, I was. Coupons had a buy one Whopper, get one free and that's what I felt like. They were both cold and yet I could goto two other fast food places further from me than they are (their two biggest competitors) and get my food home while stillhot, or at least warm. So it was already barely warm when I got it apparently and by the time I got home (literally 2 minutes)it was cold. Seems pretty common with this place, from the reviews and I had the same experience. I didn't dare go near thefries, nothing worse than cold fries and I already know this place has a habit of giving people cold food. And true to form,even the Whoppers aren't safe from their cold reputation. Out of flame broiler no less, dunno how they manage that. After beingrewarmed it was o.k. but they should have been like I get a burger from their competitors, hot. Read more
Update: Gave them a second chance, went in this time and the floor was dirty as well as in the kitchen. Hard to believe how... dirty it was considering how new the restaurant is. Fries were hard as a rock and stale again and the burgers were awful. If youcan't keep a clean restaurant you have no business working with food. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed. Wont begoing back and I strongly suggest going to the Pinewood Park Drive location, they are great. Original review: Staff was friendlybut food was terrible. Fries and nuggets hard as a rock, and burger was cold. Also there was bags of garbage all over the floorvisible from the drive through window. The Pinewood Park Drive Burger King is excellent I'll drive the extra 5 minutes and Iwould suggest you do the same. Read more
