Went through the drive thru and absolutely nothing was done correctly by the workers. Large fry was half full, over charged for... pumpkin spice latte, which was watered down absolutely no flavor what so ever. Took around 12 minutes to get our order. Youwould think if you took that much time to fix an order that you would be able to get it perfect. Read more
This restaurant lobby has been close over a year now, and there sign said short staff. I called that BS, they are making more... profit on there drive thru rather hiring more people for the lobby. Avoid going to this restaurant if you have kids or bigvehicles cause you can?t used the lobby! Read more
5 p.m. on a Saturday night and they decided to close their lobby and understaff the drive thru. Over 10 cars in each of the two... lanes. Management failure at every level. The workers seem to be busting their tails to do a good job, but the management incharge of operations needs to be replaced with someone who wants to actually run a successful business and take care of theircustomers. Frustrating because I?d come here after traveling on my way home, and find the hours online via Google or even the mobile app,... don?t reflect that it?s too late or order or even stop by. Online, hours stated are ?24 hours? and this is not the case. Thishas happened on several occurrences, but no update on either mobile or online. This is a common rest stop for travelers and withhow things are these days, the website and mobile app need to reflect the hours. I ordered after my trip after 9pm, and then Ireceived a notification around 10:12pm saying that my order was received and is being prepared. I arrive around 10:22pm, thelobby was closed and locked, both lanes in the drive thru have cones in them and menus turned off, and they have at least 6parking spots for curbside mobile order pickup, but online it?s not available to choose. Only counter or drive thru pick up. Idid not like how I was trying to get the attention of the workers inside and knocked, but they ignored me. There was even acustomer who had just left the lobby and accidentally left her charger inside, they were also ignoring her. CUSTOMERS?BEWARE OFTHE BUSINESS HOURS, it is NOT a 24HR restaurant at this time even though online says it is. Read more

So, big plus is they were open. Last couple of years hours were very restricted and stopping there on the way to the Summit in... the early am was hit or miss. Food was standard quality. Looked like the lobby was closed so no bathroom? Still don't understandwhy this is the case at numerous McDonald's when they have self service kiosks. Guessing they have no one to clean therestaurant or bathrooms? Final observation: the hot cakes and sausage breakfast item was marked as unavailable. However, youcould get the big breakfast (has hotcakes and sausage in it), hotcakes by themselves, sausage muffins with egg, etc. So, theingredients are available but the breakfast item is not?
