I placed an on-the-go order and upon arriving to pick up my order I was informed that they were unable to make the order because... they had no expresso so I asked them to refund my money on the app because I've already paid for it, mind you it's a $6.24drink. I was told to go on my app and figure out how to get my refund. I was told that they do not refund money on the appsbecause of the point system ... which I do not understand at all what that has to do with refunding my money but in any eventthe only thing I could do was email and I am left to wait and see what happens. This is not good customer service at all. Whatmakes it worse is I spend an awful lot of money at Dunkin' donuts everyday as I get at least three drinks a day at $6 a drink!So if you're in Sanford Maine I caution you from the main Street store!! Easily the one of the worst locations, 30 minute waits regularly and they always mess up your order. I've even called and went... back through and get attitudes and questioned what I actually ordered. Just go elsewhere you're money is wasted here. Read more
