I can't take away the fact that this place has delicious pizza but when it comes to customer service I am less than pleased. I... do not live close to Bobby's pizza but I had an appointment in the area so I decided to order. I got all the way home, which is20 minutes away from Bobby's, to open the pizza and find out they gave me the wrong one. So I called and told them and they toldme to come back and get the right one. I was irritated that I had to make the drive but I let it go considering they werewilling to make it right. I also brought the old one with me just to prove to them that I was being honest and I didn't get theright one. When I got back there, the girl at the counter said you can take the wrong one home as well bc it was our mistake. Ithought that was great customer service considering I did drive 20 minutes there and back to get a new pizza. Then she went tothe back to grab the right pizza and when she came out she told me I'm sorry I do have to take that pizza back. I said excuseme? And she said yeah I'm sorry I was mistaken I have to take the wrong pizza back. So I said aren't you going to just throw itaway and she said yes. That was it. She expected me to take the new pizza and just walk out. No one offered money off, no onesaid pick a free item, nothing! Just "sorry". Needless to say, that left a terrible taste in my mouth and I will never eat atBobby's pizza again for that reason. Which is really disappointing because the pizza is phenomenal. Read more

As far as I'm concerned this is the best pizza in CT. If they were located in New Haven, they'd probably be mentioned alongside... Sally's, Pepe's, and Modern. Read more
