Came a couple years ago when they first opened and I wasn?t even greeted while waiting at the register. Left and thought maybe... they were just getting into motion since they just opened. Decided to try them again today. I asked about the Zinger burger atthe register and they explained it, so I ordered it. Told the guy at the register I would run next door to Ace then come back. 1person was in front of me and the store was pretty empty. Like 5% capacity maximum. 1 person came in after me and orderedmultiple meals. When I came back, I sat at the counter and waited patiently. Two people ordered food after me, one large order, and they were all given their food before me. I waited patiently because sometimes things get mixed up. The guy at the counterwas avoiding contact with me, didn?t apologize about the wait or anything. Then after a long silence, now 20 mins after myoriginal order was placed and no one else in the restaurant, he came up to me and said ?you ordered the lamb platter right?. Yousaw me sitting here for 20 mins and didn?t know my order? Or didn?t think to ask when I first sat down? Then, when I showed himthe receipt and he went and whispered something to the cook. No apology or thanking me for the wait. After I realized they hadforgotten my order, I didn?t feel like staying. If they had apologized about the wait or been honest about forgetting my order,I would have stayed. But no, he just quietly avoided me without explaining why everyone else got their food before me eventhough two people ordered food after I did, right in front of my face. So I asked for a refund. The guys were nice andapologetic after I asked, so I appreciate that. But too little to late. Try apologizing to people the second u realize themistake, not quietly trying to fix things under the radar. A little customer service goes a long way?. This place is organizedvery poorly. If you want to be served your food in the order in which you placed it, I?d suggest driving 10 mins Read more

First timer and tried few things .. very nice and smiling service and quick too . Not much of wait time . Was going through menu... and they had many options - biryani. , tandoori chick, tikka , gyro , chick fry , cakes etc .. Wanted have chicken tikka butthen ordered a gyro . It was really awesome . Worth the price . It was about 10$ .. superbbb taste. Loved their spicy sauce withgyro. . Also ordered a couple of chick fry . Not bad . Was a bit oily but tasted great . Comes with fries too. And all this for4$ . Very nominal pricing and loved the food . Lots of parking outside .. loved it overall? ???? Read more

The Halal Boys place in NJ was fabulous. I was greeted like family when I walked in the door. They have plenty of options on... their menu, including vegan items. You can do take out or you have the option to eat in. Their bathrooms are so clean and itsmelled good. They even have a bathroom for the handicap. Hell I give u 5 stars just for it smelling good. This was my firsttime here and I'm so glad I stopped and ate here. I got the fried chicken and it was really good. Even the breast was juicy. They are located in a shopping center where there are plenty of parking even handicapped parking. Read more

The food looked good but tasted just as bland and distasteful. I felt as though I had wasted my money. I got the zinger burger... which tasted mediocre and smelled as if it was fried in old oil. The green chicken was bland, no seasoning, no salt. The chickencheese kabob was mediocre too. We asked for spicy fried chicken and they require you to buy a large batch to get it spicy. Theydon?t know what they?re doing. I was really looking forward to eating there and was very disappointed. The assistant cook wasvery nice he told us that they keep the food bland for customers that don?t eat spicy food but to be honest, even aside from thespice, the food had no flavor profile. They desperately need a real chef. Read more
