Delicious & full of flavor ramen meals. This is my favorite Asian comfort food. Small intimate neighborhood restaurant... that's a local favorite dining spot. I dones on the Chicken Katsu Shoyu Ramen. Read more
Fried squid appetizer has little too much batter, taste ok. Beef noodle was very good. The broth was rich. Fried chicken with... rice was big. Can’t finish it. Chicken was tender inside, crispy outside. The other ramen we tried some other times were alsogood. I like black mayo ramen and ox tail ramen. Mochiko chicken appetizer is very good too. Fantastic experience here at Rai Rai Ramen! The aesthetic is pretty, the interior is clean, the staff is quick and efficient,... the food is absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend a stop here at the New Brunswick restaurant. The tan tan ramen iscurrently my favorite. Don’t forget to add an egg, let it soak in the soup, and enjoy! I wasn’t a huge fan of the mochikochicken but the takoyaki was fantastic. Now for my standard COVID commentary as of February 2022. All employees are stillwearing masks and every table has a bottle of hand sanitizer. Felt very safe for such a small restaurant. Read more

Delicious and authentic Ramen. Nice ambience and really clean. The staff was friendly. I had the akamaru moderm ramen with... miso broth. It was very flavorful. For an appetizer we had the mochiko chicken. My cousin had the spicy seafood ramen andenjoyed hers as well. I will be returning next time I’m in the area. Read more
