I usually come here with no problems except for tonight. I had two sick kids who all they wanted was Ritas so I went out to pick... it up. I checked the closing time which was 10pm. I arrived at 9:10pm. The door was locked. A guy nicely tried to mouth to methat they were closed while the girl pretended like I didn't exist. I pointed to their sign that said 10pm and he shrugged. Thishas happened to me once before here. I went to the one in Middlesex. If you say you're open until 10, you can't just decide toclose at 9. Read more

The staff member was friendly and patient, especially while I asked questions about some of the menu items. The wait can be a... bit long, especially if there's a delivery order(s) and there's only one person there, which is understandable, though. Beadvised that the hours listed on their website aren't always updated (found that out the hard way, after checking the website, heading over there, all excited about ice cream -- yes, I need to get out more often lol -- only to find the door locked becausethey'd closed an hour before and, while the sign next to the door had their updated hours, those same hours weren't on theirwebsite ????????????). The ice and Concrete we bought were a bit on the sweet side so if you or anyone in your group havedietary restrictions, or simply prefer to go light on the sweets/aren't used to very sugary foods, try getting a smaller size(they also have sugar-free options; however, some sugar-free sweets can taste even sweeter than those made with actualsugar/other sweeteners). Their mango ice was quite good, with a very smooth texture (it actually tasted like mango, a verysweet mango, intensified, and the ice itself had a finely-grated texture, not chunky). Their Apple Pie Concrete was also good(custard ice cream with apple pie filling and pie crust pieces mixed in). I'd wanted to try the pumpkin pie one, but they wereout of it, sadly. Again, both the ice and the Concrete were quite sweet so heads-up on that. Bought the mango ice for mymother, who's a huge fan of mango, and, while it tasted a lot like mango, she complained that it was too sweet for her taste(and she doesn't like custard/things that smell of eggs so I couldn't get her an ice and custard ice cream mix, to temper theice's sweetness with the dairy from the ice cream, which was also quite sweet). If you've never had custard-style ice cream,it's basically a thicker/more dense version of ice cream, not as watered down, and is made with eggs (so, if you distinguis Read more

Not normally 1 to let bad service effect, but last night was very upsetting. Went an hour before closing so knew wouldn?t have... many options. have never had issue at this location before so didn?t think anything of it. Staff was cleaning up while takingorders which is understandable but got feeling they didn?t care to take orders. noticed 2/3 employees having earbuds in ears.Person taking our order was short with us, kept asking us to repeat, & instead of taking earbuds out so she could actually hearus properly, she just kept shifting her ear bud to POSSIBLY hear us. While order getting together noticed 1 other employeewasn?t even wearing a mask! This is rough times right now, but there are plenty of other people that are struggling without ajob. If you are lucky enough to have a job, then work it... sure there may be somebody else willing to take that positioninstead. Unfortunately lost our business. Read more
