Got a 5 meat pizza. Loaded. Hot . Had a 10 minute wait time. Great friendly Staff. Fresh.
Literally the worst experience I've ever had. Staff was super rude and disrespectful. Just told me to leave store over and... over again. Laughed about me because I ordered online and could not get my money back. I will never go back again. And I toldthe employees that and they said good we don't need your money. Preorder food,, pick up time given. Showed up on time to wait in the drive through line for 20 minutes. 2 cars ahead of me ,,my... order should be ready but they just allowed the cars in front of me to wait. I get my order 25 minutes after the given pickuptime and of course it's cold. All the while I watched the employees eating Taco bell and joking around. I will not be back. Used to love this store- food was always great. However, recently we went and got the same thing we always order and drove up to... the window like we always did. The lady told me I couldn't pick up at the window and had to come inside and use the portal toget my order, which was weird because we ALWAYS went to the window. She was also pretty rude about it, rolling her eyes atme. Drove around to get the pizza inside the store and it wasn't even in the portal. It was on the counter. The same lady cameover and pushed the pizza over to me. I didn't pay attention to the temperature, but should've realized the boxes weren't warm.Got home (literally 2 minutes away) and the pizza was cold. Read more
