I like this Starbucks but it?s impossible to get work done here. The staff is so so loud, I understand talking, but they scream... so loud consistently I can never get anything done. Read more
The staff is always so friendly and kind however, the drinks continue to get worse as the prices get even more expensive. A... majority of their drinks even if you note a SPLASH are basically milk or creamer with a splash of coffee. If you are not a truecoffee drinker then this place will be to your liking. Disappointing when you spend $6 on a latte to only be drinking flavoredmilk. Went inside and waited for literally 20 minutes. I love Starbucks and their employees are usually always very nice and service... is amazing. I'm not upset about the waiting, but what bothered me is that so many of the employees were not helping whereneeded. I've been a barista before and I know the principal of always putting customers first. I've worked at fast food beforetoo and sometimes you just have to stay over if you're behind on tasks, as customers are always the first priority. But everyemployee here was working on other tasks such as trash and other things instead of helping the one girl out. She was the onlyone making the drinks, and the person at drive thru would keep telling her to make certain adjustments for drinks instead ofhelping himself, seeing as the drive thru was long and the dining area was also busy. There were 3 other people there too andnone of them were helping her make drinks. I didn't get to see her name, but I'm assuming she works night shift? she was black(light-skinned) and had curly hair (sorry for the poor description, I don't retain details very well haha). She was very sweetand was making all the drinks. Just saying, they definitely should have helped her out and the management needs to do somethingabout that.
