Great service and bought some excellent Sumatra coffee beans.
Everytime I've shopped here it's gotten worse. Today I had to wait 11 minutes 46 seconds on the phone on hold just for them to... hang up on my call. I decided since I had already now driven to Avalon to just go inside and order, now having to wait evenlonger for them to make my sandwich now. The woman manager asked me "What can I do for you today?" I said "Well I would get outof your hair faster if I had placed my order on the phone but I was left on hold for 12 minutes" She gave me a disgusted lookand said "Well sorry, what would you like to order" I told her my request, a breakfast sandwich simple. She wrote it downgrabbed the paper and walked away and the cashier, who had been standing right next to the manager, asked me what I would liketo order I paid 8 bucks for my sandwich more than I paid last time, inflation I get it I work in Food Business, than had to waitanother 10 minutes for my bagel, there was 2 orders in front of me WHICH!
