My vegetable lo mein was barely even cooked. The chicken noodle soup was pieces of chicken and lomein type noodles stuffed into... a plastic container of seemingly light yellow water. I purchased a large shrimp fried rice and house fried rice for dinner. We ate the house fried rice yesterday and was planning on... eating the shrimp fried rice tonight but when I opened the container, the rice had a bad smell and was hard and lumpy. I calledthe restaurant to see if they would replace my rice but after being on hold for over 15 minutes the manager said he couldn'thonor my request to replace the rice being that the rice was supposed to be eaten that day and not guaranteed the next day. Hethen said he would give me 20% off my next purchase but won't do anything for me tonight on my dinner. Read more
