This place is by far the most unprofessional place I have ever received service from I came to this location are 9:30 ish this... location was not busy at all however the cashier took her time placing my order at the drive after sitting there wasting my gasfor 5-7 min and on top of that my food was handed to me luke warm .... I wished I had gotten the name of the young man who was working the drive thru in the evening a few days ago. He was a pleasure... to interact with. He also went out of his way to make sure I received my pizza in a timely manner while dealing with very rude,disrespectful customers. Read more
Ordered pizza online for delivery from this store. Submitted the order at 7:47 PM and it said delivery between 8:20-8:25 PM. At... about 8:45 I tried to call the store three times to have someone answer and then immediately hang up. Went to the store to justpick up the order as it was now over an hour since I placed the order. When I got to the store the door was locked with fourpeople sitting on the counter laughing and flipping me off. Finally one came to the door and said to pick up my order I wouldneed to get in line for the drive through. The drive through was wrapped around the building and down the street. So theyrefused to just hand me my order that is paid for already. There?s no way to cancel the order for me to get my money back andthey won?t answer the phone without hanging up on me for me to cancel them. Still waiting on a call from the customer serviceline, if this is how their stores handle their orders and customers I can see why the service line is busy. Update: now at 9:29it is saying my order was delivered and no long has a tracking number and is saying past orders. I have no idea how I?m going toget my money back.
