I took my team there for dinner. We had a large party and Misty the manager was very accommodating!! The food was very good and... came out quickly and hot!! The whole team had bone in Ribeye's. Very delicious meal and very affordable!! I highly recommend!!! Read more
In the past, we have loved going here. Today we went to another restaurant that had a 30 minute wait and we ended up looking at... your website. It said there was no wait and just come on in. So we decided to make the 5 minute drive there and realized therewere a lot of people waiting outside. I walked in and was told it was a 25 minute wait. I showed them their website and what itsaid and she basically said I'm sorry. Their system doesn't communicate with their website but we can get you on the list.Irequested to speak with a manager because it's a fairly simple process to have your website set up to say you are unable totake wait list reservations. I've seen several other restaurants do the exact same thing. I guess it wouldn't have been so badif we hadn't left the other restaurant that had a 30 minute wait and then driven there. My husband was absolutely not in themood to wait that long at this point, so we ended up at the China buffet down the street which is which is absolutely a worldaway from what I wanted. Longhorns, you have the capability to have someone update your website at corporate if your system doesnot communicate with the website.It is not fair to the customer for them to believe that they can come in and simply be seatedand that not be how your system works. I guess it'll be a little while before we decide to try you again which is disappointingbecause normally your food is very good. There were open seats in the restaurant and I know that it's hard to find employees.You seem to be pretty well staffed in the time that I was there with four staffers trying to respond to me.
