Just tried to go through the drive-thru, someone was pressure washing one of the two lanes. A woman was waiting to get through... the other lane, about a car length behind the current customer. After the other car advanced, she sat there and I peeked intoher car - she was on her phone not realizing that nearly 30 seconds had passed and she hadn't advanced to the speaker. Ieasily went around her, and the man pressure washing shouted at me that the other woman was first. (?!) I told him she wasn'tpaying attention, he told me that she was waiting for him to finish. (?!?!) She was on her phone as I passed, clearly NOTpaying attention or I would have waited.l for her. I told him that he was rude and I was going to leave, he said, "no you'renot, you'll go in this lane," indicating the one with 4 cones and himself in it. (?!?!?) It was far too much drama for just aniced tea. Too many foolish things like this, never going back to any McDonald's in this area. The service is abysmal. Read more
As far as McDonalds go, this one seems above average. I grab lunch here probably twice a month, and I've never had a complaint... with the food and service. The two lane drive thru seems to be a major mental challenge to a lot of the clientele. I wouldn'tbe surprised to hear about a fight or a bad wreck where the lines merge. Read more
I started going to this McDonald's after the other McDonald's on Rivers Ave at Aviation treated me so poorly. The other... McDonald's would rudely scream use the Kiosks. And one morning I threw my breakfast across the restaurant and left. The staffat this McDonald's is awesome and most accommodating. I absolutely love your crew here. Read more
I ordered curbside and they never brought it out, when I went inside they were rude and dismissive. I never got my order or my... money back even after contacting corporate. These people do not care, they will steal your money then treat you like it was yourfault. Read more

The food was fresh which was great. However, there was a longer than usual wait. And I had to ask for the requested sauce for my... nuggets. There was no sauce placed in the bag as the order was expedited. Maybe this location was short staffed during my tripthru the drive thru.
