I have ordered from this location a couple of times now and normally I haven?t had any problems. This time I put an order in and... it was delivered without the LG drink. I called to just have them refund the money for that drink since I wasn?t going to have adriver bring it to me.The lady said they can?t credit my card and she would just write my name down and the next time I?m there,I could get it then. Well unfortunately, I don?t normally go to that location in person, I only have it delivered nor do I livenear that location. So I asked for the driver to go ahead and bring me the drink. I was put on hold and then the call gotdisconnected. I do believe, I?m not going to be ordering from this location again. I went through the drive through and ordered soup and Mac and cheese. I was kinda of in a rush, not too much but didn?t have... time to spend. I waited out front for a long time, 15 minutes. It does not take that long to scoop soup and Mac and cheese intoa bowl. There were no cars behind me in the drive through. I probably don?t go here enough to have the same negative experiences that so many other people have, maybe once or twice a year... because they?re very pricey for the portions you get. I usually only get the soufflés but today I got a large soda, a you pick2 with soup and sandwich, and 1 soufflé and it was $25. But it was all very good, as it always has been when I do go. I?vegotten their iced vanilla whatever coffee 1 time before and it was delicious. And service is always friendly and fast and theyanswer any questions I have. Read more

Every other time I order from this location, my order is wrong, and it's always the evening shift. I'm not sure teenagers are... working at night and don't care about the product they're serving, but Panera definitely needs quality control. My Chicken FujiApple Salad contained NO chicken.
