This place is linked with Great American Cookies and oh my this was the worst trip ever! None of the pretzel?s on the menu was... cooked. I certainly believe it?s because the employees don?t want to make the effort to do their job. Plus one worker inparticular, she was very rude. I was standing there talking to her and it?s as if I was a ghost. Just when I was about to walkout though somebody came in. Guess what happened. Instantaneous service and not only that finally I was being attended. Itshouldn?t take a crowd of people for them to do their job. Read more
