Was down on business and ordered their penne pasta. The staff was courteous and asked me if it was ok if they replaced the... meatballs with extra sausage as they ran out . I said of course ????!! Lawdddddd..... This was amazing ????????????????. Itsmelled even more amazing than it tasted! Whoever cooked this did the damn thing. I'll be back again and I will definitely eatfrom this place. Robert was an excellent server!!! He was the reason that we returned! He was the best they have in the place that we have ever... seen! His mannerisms, his nice and fun personality was the icing on the cake makes us feel like we are home!! When we walked andsaw him we already knew it was going to be AWESOME SERVICE, SPECTACULAR FOOD AND SMILE THAT YOU WON'T FORGET!! Robertrecommended great dishes and they were delicious!! Read the 1 star reviews. They tell the story. I Should have known better. Parking lot empty at 5:30 pm. I was hungry, it was... down the street and I was thinking it was probably because it was Monday. Nope! I walk in and no one was manning the greetingstation. Seemed like most employees were in a booth around the corner goofing off. Someone came up in jeans and got me aseat. Menu looked good and I placed my order for steak and ribs. I asked for butter and sour cream for my baked potato. What Igot was loaded with cheese and bacon on it. The steak was overdone, charred on one side and just cooked on the other. It wastough like leather. Ribs looked nothing like the photo. Just plopped on a plate with a squirt of sauce. I did not say anythingbecause I got the perception that the employees here don't care. Felt like if I were to say something I'd be stuck waitingforever and probably would have gotten the steak off the floor treatment. I was hungry so I choked it down, paid my check andleft. The problem is not the chain Ruby Tuesdays, it's this location. The restaurant is a clear reflection of the employeesworking there. Read more
I will never order this new Parmesan Chicken ever again. It had 0 flavor. They said it?s a new menu item and my advice is to... send it back to where it came from. Thumbs down! I gave the 2 stars for the corn. Read more

This location was not a good experience. Was not expecting to be greeted because of another review of this location. We were and... I thought it would be alright. We were seated at a booth and the table was visibly dirty. Crumbs were on the table and somedried liquid. I really wanted to move but I decided to just tough it out. Windows were dirty and the light shades looked dusty.Drinks didn?t take long to come out. At first refills were not too long but later we had to wait. The appetizer mozzarellasticks had a fishy smell and taste to them. My entree was chicken tenders and fries. They were ok. My wife had the ribs. Theywere hot but she said they seemed like they were possibly reheated and sauce applied. They were not too flavorful. Definitelynot classic Ruby Tuesday. At the end our server brought us the check and was standing there waiting after I said thank you. Thenshe said I have a card reader when you are ready after first asking will it be cash or card. I felt that was rude. I just pulledout my card and paid. This was definitely not the experience we were expecting. I think I vaguely recall being at this locationbefore and not having a good experience. Read more
